Pacqui is a Filipino-American filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Sarah Lawrence College where he first realized his passion for writing and directing. Often drawn to the absurd and surreal, his films explore the nuances of identity, family, and the mundane. 
His most recent short film, Awit Natin (Our Song), premiered at NFFTY 2025 where it won the Jury Prize for Best Narrative Film. Pacqui currently teaches filmmaking to middle schoolers and was recently diagnosed with ADHD.
